Building Description: This is a mixed-use building located in the urban city of Tochigi, Japan. There are three leasable offices. Two on the first floor and one on the second, each with its own restroom. The second floor also includes a nice restaurant with an open kitchen, bar, and terrace with a unique roof opening. The style is modern industrial with exposed beams, metal, and other raw materials.
Project Purpose: To develop drafting and BIM skills in Revit.
