PROJECT INFO:
Designing the interior of a luxury boutique extended-stay hotel for the mock client Hotel Groups International. The brief was to work around the new build structure already prepared by the project's architect to: create the interior layout for the first two floors while adhering to the client's program requirements, develop a design concept through precedent studies and site and neighborhood analysis, and select sustainably-focused FF&E that follows the design concept.
Project Purpose: To showcase the ability to design a commercial interior from concept to development, including the skill of construction documentation and 3D visualization.
